Visit Eagle Bear Lodge in winter and learn about animal tracks. This morning we found Lynx tracks around Eagle Bear Lodge. Let's hope we can photograph this lynx regularly and add it to our BC Wildlife and Landscapes Photo Workshop Feb. 2018. We'll keep you updated! This cat likes rabbit, see the rabbit tracks below?
Today we spotted three Northern Pygmy-Owls, a Golden Eagle, and a Northern Hawk Owl in addition to our many birds around the lodge and the local area. Northern Pygmy-Owls are one of the smallest owls, only 17 cm and similar to the Saw-whet Owl, another owl that resides in British Columbia, Canada.
